Bonitz of Georgia is hiring a Lightweight Insulated Concrete Pump Operator to support our Roof Deck division. This role operates a Deck Mate pump, leads the ground crew during pours, and plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality roof deck systems.

What You’ll Do
* Operate and monitor lightweight insulating concrete pumping equipment * Mix and place lightweight roof deck systems * Lead and communicate with ground and roof teams during pours * Set up, tear down, clean, and maintain pumps, bulkers, and related equipment * Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance * Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns * Maintain clean, safe job-site conditions * Use two-way radios for daily coordination * Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
* Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn equipment operation * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Able to lift 75+ lbs and stand for extended periods * Able to climb ladders and work at heights * Clear communicator and team-oriented * Willing to travel up to 75% overnight during the week * Available for overtime and occasional weekends * Clean driving record (no DUI or super speeder violations in last 5 years) * Normal vision and hearing
Pay & Benefits
* $19–$23/hour starting pay (based on experience) * Per diem for overnight out-of-town jobs * Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days * Paid leave—start earning immediately * Annual production bonus (eligibility based on performance) * 401(k) eligibility after one yeaR
