Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic/Center Based
Location: Hayward, CA Schedule: 20-22 hours a week (Monday to Friday) 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary
The RBT will provide ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support children’s growth and development in a fun, structured environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBA
* Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting
* Collect and document accurate data and session notes
* Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills
* Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
* Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
* Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience working with children ages 0–5
* CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
* Comfortable with hands-on care, including diaper changing
* Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention
* Bilingual (preferred, not required)
* Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or ABA
