Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Additional experience in aerospace, space systems, or other high-performance environments * Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems involving electrical or software components * Experience supporting hardware through full lifecycle (design to testing and delivery)

Soft Skills:

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams * Proven problem-solving mindset and sense of ownership * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all documentation and deliverables * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Physical Requirements

* Ability to work in both office and laboratory environments * Capable of working hands-on with hardware, test setups, and precision instruments * Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer or performing hands-on tasks * Availability for occasional extended hours to support critical project milestones
