What You'll Do - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom
What You Bring - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization
