LEONI is seeking an exceptional commercial leader to drive profitable growth, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
As Head of Sales Management, you will lead our commercial strategy, customer engagement, business development, and sales execution while building a culture of accountability, commercial excellence, customer focus, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive profitable growth and achieve commercial objectives across the region * Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners * Lead RFQ strategy, business acquisition, and account growth initiatives * Drive pricing, contract negotiations, claims management, and commercial recoveries * Champion forecasting accuracy, CRM/Salesforce discipline, and data quality * Develop and coach a world-class sales organization * Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field * 10+ years of progressive sales, account management, or commercial leadership experience * Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams * Proven track record of driving profitable growth and winning new business in a complex B2B environment * Experience managing strategic customer relationships and executive-level engagements * Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, claims management, and risk mitigation * Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into measurable results * Experience leading cross-functional and matrix organizations in a global environment * Advanced communication, presentation, and influencing skills * Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
