Position Overview
As an Event Assistant, you'll support the coordination and execution of promotional events, marketing campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
You'll work directly with team members and the public to help create positive event experiences, increase brand awareness, and support fundraising campaigns for our nonprofit partners.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in event planning, marketing, public relations, customer engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with organizing and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns. * Support event setup, preparation, and daily operations. * Represent client brands and nonprofit organizations professionally. * Engage with event attendees and members of the public. * Provide information about promotional campaigns and charitable initiatives. * Help coordinate event activities and maintain an organized environment. * Support customer engagement and community outreach efforts. * Collaborate with team members to achieve event and campaign objectives. * Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.

Minimum Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must be available for the advertised full-time schedule. * Must be able to work at the designated event and work locations. * Must successfully complete any required pre-employment screening.
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.
Paid training is provided for all new team members.
