About the role
OUR CLIENT IS AN INTERNATIONAL ONLINE GAMING COMPANY OFFERING SPORTS BETTING AND CASINO SERVICES, WITH A SIGNIFICANT PRESENCE IN LATIN AMERICA. STRATEGIC FOCUS IS TO DELIVER A HIGH-QUALITY, PERSONALIZED GAMING EXPERIENCE, LEVERAGING ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY AND LOCALIZED SERVICES TO CATER TO THE PREFERENCES OF THE DIFFERENT LATIN AMERICAN PLAYERS. DEVELOP AND LAUNCH OWN CASINO GAMES, AS WELL AS OPERATE OWN CRM, CS AND BACK-OFFICE PLATFORMS.
PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO AIM TO:
* Own and execute the brand strategy;
* Develop and maintain brand tone of voice and messaging;
* Build and manage content strategy across social media channels;
* Create brand materials, presentations, partner decks, and guidelines;
* Work with influencers, KOLs, and crypto communities from a brand-awareness perspective;
* Collaborate closely with Growth, CRM, Affiliate, and Creative teams;
* Write creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators;
* Monitor brand performance and key awareness metrics.
EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO BRING:
* 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry;
* Experience managing an entire casino/sportsbook brand or overseeing brand operations within an online gaming company;
* Experience coordinating teams responsible for affiliate programs, CRM, customer retention, customer support, payments, and product development;
* Strong understanding of operational KPIs: GGR, NGR, FTD, LTV, and Retention;
* Knowledge of Latin American markets is mandatory;
* Experience launching new geographic markets or scaling existing brands is a significant advantage;
* English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above;
* Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and content marketing.
