What You'll Do:
* Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions * Advise clients on: * Acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances * Spin-offs, carve-outs, and recapitalizations * Leveraged buyouts and tender offers * Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements * Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams * Navigate complex corporate and structural issues in high-stakes deals
What We're Looking For:
* 3–5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw preferred) * Strong experience with: * Domestic and cross-border transactions * Buy-side and sell-side deal execution * Deep understanding of: * Corporate structuring and transaction strategy * Complex deal mechanics across multiple industries * Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills * Strong business judgment and client-first mindset * Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment * Active bar admission (or ability to waive in)
