Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Specific duties include:
* Process and post all owner assessment payments and deposits accurately.
* Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
* Coordinate late fees, payment plans, and collection efforts in line with association policies.
* Communicate professionally with owners, managers, and attorneys regarding account status.
* Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements
