What You'll Do
* Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across federal, state, and commercial contracts, tracking timelines, deliverables, and objectives * Track project-level budgets, spend, and burn rate, flagging variances and funding changes * Track and reconcile customer, subcontractor, and vendor invoices * Track timesheets and labor hours against contract labor categories for T&M and firm fixed price billing * Manage partner, client, and employee correspondence * Build and run meeting agendas, track action items to closure * Maintain deliverable schedules and document version control * Coordinate recruiting activity, including postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including access and badging for cleared personnel * Contribute past performance write-ups and metrics from contracts you manage
What You'll Need
* 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program support * Active Secret security clearance or higher * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms * Experience supporting federal contracts and IT programs * Working knowledge of contract types, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting terminology
