Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation. * Review and analyze project documentation to ensure compliance and support transaction success. * Collaborate with global teams to advise clients on project finance matters.
Qualifications:
* 5-8 years of experience in Project Finance. * Strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documentation. * Experience in reviewing project documentation.
