What this team does: Our Operations team is the backbone of Maven’s trading activity - working closely with traders across our desks to support trade booking, position management, P&L reconciliation, and the full trade lifecycle. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact environment where no two days look the same.
You might be a great fit if you have a background or interest in: * Trade support or trade operations * Settlements, reconciliations, or clearing * Listed derivatives or equity instruments * Working closely with front office / trading desks * Process improvement and automation (Excel, Python, SQL, VBA)
