Remote Retention Specialist – Outbound Sales Representative ($14-16/hr + Bonus Incentive)

Join our mission-driven, fully remote team at Life Line Screening, where you’ll reconnect with returning customers and educate them on the importance of preventive health screenings — all from the comfort of your home. * Compensation: $14-16/hour base pay plus bonus incentive * Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) * Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am-5:30pm EST or 10am-6:30pm EST
What You’ll Do * Make an average of 100–150 outbound calls per shift to returning customers * Collect relevant health information to better understand each customer’s health risks and needs * Educate customers on the benefits of preventive health screenings and the importance of screening annually * Use a consultative sales approach to recommend medically relevant services and convert leads * Schedule screening appointments and collect payments over the phone * Overcome objections, build value, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals
What We’re Looking For * A strong desire to work and succeed in a sales environment * Excellent phone etiquette with strong consultative sales skills * Stable work history * Ability to effectively manage stress, time, and a high-volume call environment * A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals * Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Work From Home Requirements * Reliable internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps Download and 10 Mbps Upload * A designated, quiet home workspace free from noise and distractions
