About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Project Controls team in our regional office in Bloomington, IL. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting, including coordination with MEP subcontractors. * Support internal and external cash flow management for the project. * Ensure timely and accurate owner billing, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions. * Oversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements. * Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews. * Monitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog, focusing on quantity, magnitude, and aging. * Assist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications. * Generate deliverables that meet prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission. * Support development of workflows for RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout. * Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related construction field. * Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience. * Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards. * Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. #LI-DO1
