Job Description
* Participates in care planning process and updates for change in condition. * Completes MAR & treatment record, assuring drug monitoring indicators are identified. * Assures required lab values are obtained for drug monitoring as recommended by RX. * Obtains physicians' orders on new residents and completes physicians' order sheet and assessments * Makes daily rounds to be aware of residents' condisions and enviroment. * Informs primary care physician of significant changes.
Qualifications
* Minimum of one year experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatrics nursing, or significant medical/surgical clinical experience during schooling is preferred. * Current Maryland LPN License * Current CPR Certification
