Southland Holdings is looking for a experienced Superintendent with great leadership skills at our Dallas, TX DIA Project.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5+ years of field management of multiple crews and subcontractors * Development of look ahead schedules in conjunction with project schedule * Must have Class B License * Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Common Scheduling Programs a plus * Civil construction experience and equipment knowledge * Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule * Solid written and oral communication skills. * Strong leadership qualities. * Ability to communicate with the CEI of the project. * Hold Jobsite Progress Meetings. * Ability to schedule in house crews and subcontractors. * Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offs * Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards * OSHA requirements and other legal restrictions. * Enforce company safety regulations
Salary: $100k-$120k
