What You’ll Do
* Plan, deliver and coordinate individualized nursing care * Complete resident assessments and give medications and treatments as ordered * Work with physicians, families and the interdisciplinary team * Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff during your shift * Keep a safe, compassionate and engaging environment for residents
What We’re Looking For
* Current RN license in the State of Minnesota * Ability to work [minimum availability, e.g., 2 shifts per month, including one weekend and holiday rotation] * Strong clinical judgment, communication and critical-thinking skills * A compassionate, dependable, team-oriented approach * Senior living, long-term care or leadership experience a plus
