Cushion Coverer – Upholstery

As a Cushion Coverer, you'll play an important hands-on role in bringing the interior of our boats to life by transforming cut fabrics and cushion materials into finished, high-quality cushions ready for the assembly line.

What You'll Do
* Stuff and fit cushions according to patterns * Cover cushions with fabric and securely staple materials to the framework * Button and finish cushions for installation in our boats * Inspect finished cushions for defects, damage, or stains * Maintain Sportsman Boats' high standards for quality and craftsmanship * Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe * Work independently and as part of a team to keep production moving
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. You don't have to come from the boating industry—we can teach you our processes and help you develop your skills.
You'll need:
* Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Ability to stand and work with your hands and arms for extended periods * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. * Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform other physical movements throughout the day * High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual Spanish/English and marine or boating industry experience are a plus!
