Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with clients and our team to understand their branding and marketing goals and develop creative design solutions that align with their objectives * Create visual concepts and designs for various projects including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website designs * Utilize industry-standard design software to create high-quality and professional designs * Collaborate with our copywriters and marketing team to ensure that designs effectively communicate the desired message * Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into final designs * Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve and evolve our design capabilities * Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting * Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines * Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
