Key Responsibilities - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
Qualifications - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Authorized to work in the United States - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
