As we grow, we’re looking for compassionate, licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) who are ready to deliver patient-centered care directly to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll help patients:
* Regain independence through customized therapy plans
* Improve functional abilities for activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Recover from injury, surgery, or hospitalization in the comfort of home
* Reduce fall risk and improve home safety
Your Day-to-Day Includes:
* Performing in-home OT evaluations and reassessments
* Creating individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s goals
* Collaborating with nurses, physical therapists, and physicians
* Educating patients and caregivers on proper techniques and safety
* Documenting patient progress in compliance with state and Medicare guidelines

Qualifications
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California
* Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program
* Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience (Home Health experience preferred)
* Familiar with electronic documentation systems (EMRs)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
