We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher / Prep Cook to support our back-of-house operations. This is a fast-paced role where your attention to cleanliness and preparation directly impacts the success of every shift.

Responsibilities:
* Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment * Maintain cleanliness of floors, trash areas, sinks, and prep stations * Assist with basic food prep and ingredient organization * Properly store clean equipment and utensils * Help receive and put away inventory deliveries * Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines * Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills:
* Must be at least 18 years of age * Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability REQUIRED * Previous kitchen experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate * Spanish speaking is a plus * Ability to stand for the duration of a shift * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
