The Basics
Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Multiple shifts available
* Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM * Wednesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM * Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM * Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Compensation: $18.75/hour Benefits: Eligible
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Package compounded medications into final containers under pharmacist supervision * Support production by preparing trays, sleeves, and labels * Set up and break down packaging equipment * Operate production equipment and assist with medication mixing * Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality control procedures * Work on your feet in a fast-paced, team-focused production environment
What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED • Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you) • Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred • Strong attention to detail and quality standards • Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and batch instructions • Comfortable working with chemicals used in compounding • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to stay focused in a production environment • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting
