* Candidate Sourcing: Utilize specialized job boards, medical professional networks, social channels, and regional career fairs to build a strong talent pipeline.

* Selection & Scheduling: Conduct initial HR screenings, assess clinical cultural fit, and manage interview schedules with clinical department leaders and management.

* Offer & Negotiation: Draft, extend, and negotiate competitive offer letters in collaboration with management.

HR ADMINISTRATION & ONBOARDING

* Credentialing & Compliance: Manage primary source verification, medical license checks, DEA registrations, certifications (BLS/ACLS), background checks, and drug screenings prior to start dates.

* Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate seamless clinical onboarding, including initial orientation schedules, system access requests, and compliance training setup.

* HR Records Management: Maintain accurate employee files, licensures, expiration tracking, and HR database records in compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards.

* Employee Relations Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and practice procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace suite.

* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.

* Organization: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working within a specialty medical practice or outpatient clinical setting.

* Experience: 3+ years administrative experience, with direct experience recruiting healthcare/clinical personnel (NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs) preferred.

* Regulatory Knowledge: Basic familiarity with healthcare credentialing standards, HIPAA compliance, and employment law basics a plus.
