Your Day-to-Day - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Provide attentive, client-first service
What We're Looking For - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
