We are seeking a full time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Therapist Job Duties:
* Provide Physical Therapy consultation and services to our patients * Educate patients and caregivers of safe rehabilitation practices * Complete your weekly documentation using the Raintree EMR * Comply with all state and federal guidelines for PT
