Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and digitally minded Marketing Management Intern who has a passion for social media, digital marketing and web design.
Your Role
As a Marketing Management Intern, you will become an active member of our EMEA Marketing team, contributing to a wide range of marketing and communication activities.
You will have the opportunity to turn your academic knowledge into practical experience within an international B2B environment, while helping us strengthen our digital presence and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Creation
* Support the development and execution of our social media strategy, particularly on LinkedIn. * Create engaging content, including posts, visuals, short videos and campaign materials. * Assist in managing and maintaining our social media content calendar. * Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and visibility. * Research digital trends and propose creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness.
2. Website Management & Web Design
* Support the maintenance and improvement of our website and digital platforms. * Assist with updating website content, visuals and landing pages. * Contribute ideas to improve website design, navigation and user experience (UX). * Support basic search engine optimisation (SEO) activities. * Help ensure consistency in branding and messaging across our digital channels.
3. Digital Marketing & Branding
* Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns. * Support initiatives aimed at increasing Delta's brand awareness throughout the EMEA region. * Help create digital marketing materials in line with our corporate identity. * Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement. * Explore new digital tools, technologies and AI applications that can enhance marketing efficiency.
4. General Marketing Support
* Support the Marketing team with ongoing projects, campaigns and events. * Assist with the preparation of presentations, promotional materials and internal communications. * Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Product Management and Marketing. * Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to our marketing activities.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
* Is currently studying Marketing Management, Commercial Economics, Digital Marketing, Communication or a related field at HBO or university level. * Has a strong affinity for social media, digital content creation and web design. * Is creative, proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn. * Has an interest in branding, digital communication and online marketing. * Has basic knowledge of, or an interest in, tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Figma or similar platforms. * Is familiar with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. * Has an eye for design, detail and visual communication. * Is comfortable working independently as well as within an international team. * Has good English communication skills, both written and spoken. * Is curious about new technologies, digital trends and AI-driven marketing tools.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, website content management systems or video editing would be an advantage, but is not essential.
