Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an Experience Internet Sales BDC Agent to add to the team!
Position: Internet Sales BDC Agent Location: Berman CDJR; Oak Lawn, IL Pay: $18.00/HR + Competitive monthly bonuses ranging from an additional $500-$2,000 per month! Schedule: Monday-Saturday; rotating weekday and Saturday off!
Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred

Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments * Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns * Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system * Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals * Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience * Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Qualifications:
* Previous BDC experience, required * Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
