The Role
We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers; and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To:
* Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system * Maintain a clean and organized workspace * Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy * Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
* Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degrees * Ability to lift up to 40lbs frequently * Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment * Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities * Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours * Good communication skills * Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
