Qualifications
Essential ingredients:
* You have sufficient English language skills to understand and follow instructions in English.
* You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality and flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;
* Able to work with a housekeeping app through which you receive housekeeping requests.
* The role involves physically demanding tasks, including restocking the pantries with linen. Good physical fitness is therefore required.
Your tasks and other responsibilities:
* Handling guest requests and internal housekeeping requests;
* Refilling housekeeping storerooms and pantries;
* Responsible for the distribution of linen;
* When necessary, stripping rooms (gather bedlinen and towels from rooms);
* When necessary, assisting in cleaning public areas and back of house spaces;
* Helping guests, and of course always with a smile!
