Project Management & Leadership

* Lead cross-discipline project teams, including engineers, construction managers, schedulers, and procurement specialists. * Develop and drive the project execution strategy for each assignment, translating it into execution plans, risk registers, and contingency plans that align the project team around a clear path to delivery. * Facilitate client and internal steering-committee meetings, and represent Ramboll in client-facing project reviews. * Mentor and develop junior project staff, and support succession planning within the project delivery team. * Proactively manage change orders, claims, and project risk related to quality, safety, schedule, and revenue recognition.

Collaboration & Communication

* Work closely with Project Owners, Engineering Managers, and Construction Managers to align delivery across the project lifecycle. * Maintain clear, regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Professional Attributes

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities. * Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under schedule and budget pressure. * Commitment to safety, quality, and client-service excellence.
