Your Day-to-Day - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
What We're Looking For - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Work authorization in the United States - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Customer service background helpful but not required - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization
