Your Day-to-Day - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Provide attentive, client-first service - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
What We're Looking For - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Authorized to work in the United States - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
