Location: Remote from Continental Portugal Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable

About the Brand: Work for a world-renowned technology company that has set industry standards for user experience, innovation, and premium customer service. You will be part of a team supporting their online store users.
Role Overview: As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you'll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
* Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.
* Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.
* Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.
Requirements:
* C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1)- written and spoken levels
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
* Already in Portugal or open to relocating from this role * EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal
