Responsibilities
* Engage actively in initiatives to enhance processes. * Participate in the development of sales forecasts and the analysis of budget variances. * Compile and evaluate data and reports featuring key metrics. * Assist with the creation of weekly or monthly financial reports. * Make spreadsheets and manage specific data and reports related to billing and project tracking. * Collect and analyze information to reconcile financial inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
* Thorough proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Capacity to work with a team. * Demonstrated responsibility and analytical thinking. * Methodical and efficient work approach. * Enrolled college student, preferably in the fields of Accounting or Finance.
