About the role

Job Description

Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learning Functional Consultant

YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR CTC CLEARANCE. TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU NEED TO HAVE LIVED IN THE UK FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.

Shape Oracle HCM strategy. Influence transformation. Build what comes next.

Are you an accomplished Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learning Consultant looking for a role where your expertise carries real influence?

This is an opportunity to join Version 1 and take a senior role across complex Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programmes, working with clients to shape solutions, challenge thinking and deliver measurable improvements to how organisations develop, engage and retain their people.

We’re looking for someone who brings more than technical knowledge of Oracle HCM. You'll be a trusted advisor, combining deep Talent & Learning expertise with the consulting skills to influence stakeholders, lead solution design and provide functional leadership throughout delivery.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learning Functional Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your solutions from discovery and design through to deployment and optimisation.

This is a role for someone who wants to:

* Lead, not simply participate, taking ownership of Talent & Learning solution design. * Become a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them make the right strategic and technology decisions. * Solve complex business challenges using Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Learning. * Work across major Cloud transformation programmes where your expertise can have a genuine impact. * Challenge requirements and bring your own ideas and experience to the table. * Mentor consultants and help build capability across the wider Oracle HCM community. * Continue developing your own career with greater responsibility, influence and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

You'll already have a strong track record delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learning solutions and be comfortable operating at senior consultant level with clients.

We're particularly interested in experience across:

* Multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. * Deep functional expertise across Oracle Talent Management and Learning Cloud. * Leading discovery, design and playback workshops with senior client stakeholders. * Translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable Oracle solutions. * Hands-on configuration, testing and validation. * Onboarding journeys, approval workflows and associated HCM processes. * Providing functional leadership and strategic guidance throughout delivery. * Building trusted relationships and constructively challenging client requirements. * Coaching or mentoring other consultants and sharing Oracle leading practices.

Most importantly, you'll be someone clients trust to lead the conversation, not simply configure the technology.

Ready for More Influence?

You may already have an excellent Oracle HCM career. The question is whether your current role is giving you the scale, influence and progression you're looking for next.

If you're passionate about Oracle HCM, enjoy solving complex client challenges and want to be somewhere your experience can genuinely influence the direction of a solution, we'd like to hear from you.

Join Version 1 and help shape the next generation of Oracle HCM Cloud transformation.
