Stellar Innovations & Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and highly organized Deputy Program Manager to join our Corporate Programs Support team. Reporting to and working under the direction of the Director of Programs, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the successful delivery of government task orders. You will help keep programs organized, teams aligned, and customers informed by coordinating day-to-day activities and tracking scope, cost, schedule, deliverables, risks, and performance. This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging program management professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and taking on increasing responsibility.

What You’ll Do

* Under the direction of the Director of Programs, support the coordination and administration of assigned task orders. * Track schedules, deliverables, action items, staffing needs, risks, issues, and key performance indicators. * Help connect Government contracting personnel, Task Order Managers, customer representatives, and internal teams to keep work moving forward. * Prepare clear, accurate project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, presentations, and administrative deliverables. * Monitor activities, recognize emerging concerns, and promptly elevate risks or potential delays. * Follow up with team members and stakeholders to drive timely completion of commitments and deliverables. * Contribute to project plans, reports, task order documentation, and proposal development activities for new and recompete opportunities. * Partner with the Business Development and Proposal teams to support new business pursuits and recompete efforts from early planning through submission. * Assist with researching customer needs, procurement timelines, incumbent performance, competition, and other information that informs pursuit and capture strategies. * Coordinate proposal schedules, data calls, assignments, meetings, action items, and reviews to help the team meet internal milestones and submission deadlines. * Gather and organize past performance, resumes, staffing information, program metrics, lessons learned, and other reusable content for proposals and capability materials. * Help draft, edit, format, and proofread proposal sections, presentations, and supporting materials so they are clear, consistent, compelling, and responsive to customer requirements. * Support compliance reviews by helping trace solicitation requirements to proposal content and confirming that required inputs, forms, and approvals are complete. * Support quality reviews to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with customer and contractual requirements. * Coordinate meetings, customer communications, and other program activities that strengthen collaboration and execution. * Build your knowledge of customer missions, relevant technologies, and practical program management methods.

What You’ll Bring

Skills for Success: * Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Strong organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. * Ability to balance multiple priorities, maintain action-item visibility, and meet deadlines. * Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. * A collaborative approach, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative. * Good judgment and confidence in seeking guidance or elevating issues when needed. * A genuine interest in growing your program management, customer engagement, and leadership capabilities.

Education, Experience, and Clearance: * Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, management, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree. * Two or more years of relevant experience in project coordination, program support, customer service, information technology, operations, consulting, or a related environment. * Experience supporting project documentation, schedules, status reporting, deliverables, or stakeholder coordination. * Formal leadership or supervisory experience is not required. We value initiative, reliability, teamwork, curiosity, and readiness to grow. * Must currently possess an active Secret security clearance or be willing and able to obtain one. * U.S. citizenship is required.

Why Join Us? You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful customer missions, learn directly from experienced program leaders, and develop the skills needed to advance your career in program management. If you are ready to bring energy, organization, and a team-first mindset to a role with room to grow, we encourage you to apply.
