Requirements: Significant experience as a Verification Lead, Quality Lead, Test Manager, Verification Manager, or in a comparable senior engineering role. Strong experience in automotive software verification and validation, preferably involving embedded software and complex electronic control units or comparable platforms. Experience defining verification strategies, planning test activities, managing execution, assessing coverage, and reporting results against requirements and milestones. Practical experience in defect management, triage, root-cause follow-up, regression testing, and quality improvement. Good understanding of software development lifecycles, integration processes, release-readiness assessment, and evidence-based quality decisions. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) verification, automated testing, and integration test workflows. Ability to define and interpret verification and quality KPIs, identify trends, and communicate quality status and risks clearly. Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and managing dependencies across development, integration, and testing. Familiarity with automotive engineering processes, quality practices, requirements traceability, and applicable organizational standards. Working knowledge of test automation or scripting, such as Python, Pytest, YAML, or Bash, is beneficial. Experience with test tools such as CANoe and with CI, issue tracking, reporting, and documentation tools is beneficial. Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. Fluent English, written and spoken.

Relevant Tools and Technologies: Test and verification: CANoe, Pytest, and other applicable verification tools. CI/CD and automation: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Zuul, Cynosure, Ansible. Programming and scripting: Python, Bash, YAML; C/C++ familiarity is beneficial. Version control and review: Git, Gerrit. Test execution environments and packaging: Docker, Artifactory. Monitoring and reporting: Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, and relevant engineering dashboards. Planning, defect tracking, and documentation: Jira, Confluence, and applicable engineering lifecycle tools. Processes and standards: applicable engineering frameworks, verification processes, and organizational software quality standards

Job Responsibilities: Define, maintain, and coordinate the platform verification strategy, verification plans, scope, priorities, and execution approach in line with agreed requirements and milestones. Coordinate verification activities across relevant engineering workstreams, ensuring suitable coverage of requirements, software changes, interfaces, integration scenarios, and identified risks. Track verification execution, results, test coverage, outstanding activities, and deviations against the agreed plan. Establish and maintain clear quality reporting, verification status, metrics, dashboards, and progress summaries for engineering and program stakeholders. Coordinate defect management, including defect triage, severity and priority discussions, ownership, follow-up, retesting, and closure tracking. Work with development and integration teams to ensure defects are analyzed, corrective actions are tracked, and regression risks are addressed. Monitor quality trends and verification KPIs; identify recurring issues, gaps, and risks, and recommend corrective or preventive actions. Coordinate test readiness and release-readiness assessments, consolidating verification evidence, open defects, residual risks, and unresolved quality concerns. Ensure verification activities and outcomes are documented, traceable, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Support continuous integration and automated verification practices, collaborating with teams responsible for CI/CD pipelines and test environments. Coordinate with the Technical Lead to align verification priorities with technical risks, architecture changes, integration dependencies, and delivery plans. Facilitate collaboration among development, integration, verification, and other relevant engineering teams to resolve quality issues efficiently. Escalate critical defects, verification gaps, schedule risks, and quality concerns through the agreed governance process. Promote continuous improvement in test strategy, defect prevention, verification efficiency, reporting, and quality practices.
