Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Junior Premises Liability Associate Attorney in our growing Atlanta or Alpharetta, GA offices.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work * Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval * Guide clients through the case process * Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents * Complete TD approval for liability issues * Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages * Manage the release approval process * Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers * Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises liability. * Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team * EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
Requirements
* Law degree from a fully accredited law school * An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association * 2+ years of personal injury experience * Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases * Excellent client service and communication skills * Strong leadership skills * Self-starter driven by long-term career goals * Superior writing and oral advocacy skills * Desire to become part of a trial team
This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.
