What You Bring * Service writer, service advisor, or parts counter experience in a truck, diesel, or automotive shop (diesel preferred) * Working knowledge of diesel and gas vehicle repair * Strong customer service skills, including delivering bad news on cost or timing clearly and calmly * Ability to juggle multiple open jobs without letting details drop * Comfortable with computers and shop software; Microsoft Office experience * High school diploma or equivalent * A degree, diploma, or certificate in diesel technology is a plus

Schedule Monday–Friday, within shop hours of 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.   What We Offer * Medical, dental and vision plans * 401(k) with company match * Life & disability coverage * Paid time off * Six company paid holidays

Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shop; getting in and out of trucks during walk-arounds; working around running diesel and gas vehicles; occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.   Pre-Employment Requirements Offers are contingent on a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
