Earn $55 per hour! Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a temporary, facility-based assignment in Montville, NJ.

Schedule & Compensation
* Pay: $55 per hour * Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM * Availability: Weekdays and weekends * Position: Temporary assignment * Location: Montville, NJ
Responsibilities
* Administer medications and accurately document each medication pass. * Maintain complete and accurate medication administration records. * Follow facility protocols and applicable nursing standards. * Provide safe, professional, and compassionate patient care.
Required Qualifications
* Active New Jersey LPN license. * Minimum of one year of recent expereince as an LPN in a acute care or home care setting * Previous facility-based medication pass experience required. * Current BLS certification. * Current physical examination. * PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or chest X-ray documentation, as applicable. * Proof of a recent drug test. * Strong attention to detail and reliability.
