🛡️ Responsibilities
* Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right-of-way to identify potential safety and security risks. * Engage with the public and respond to calls for service in the public right-of-way. * Maintain a visible security presence and engage in professional public interactions. * Document all interactions in clear, concise, and accurate written reports. * Communicate and pass along pertinent information to team members, safety teams, and the client. * Monitor and identify suspicious behavior to assist in preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity. * Warn individuals of infractions, including loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items. * Respond to calls involving distress, alarms, fire, injuries, or unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders. * Identify and promptly report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances. * Ensure applicable rules and regulations are followed. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.

📋 Qualifications
* Must be 21 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Texas driver’s license * Valid Texas Guard License * Professional demeanor and appearance * Basic computer skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience * Minimum of 1 year of security experience * Must successfully pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug screening * Ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods
