Innovo Detox is a 52-bed inpatient treatment facility that provides best-in-class, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with mental health disorders, substance user disorders, or both. Our dual-diagnosis program is built on compassion, clinical experience, and a multidisciplinary approach to long-term recovery. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our Team!

Hours: * Full-time * Sunday - Thursday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities / Position Overview: * Complete initial biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, individual & group notes, & other clinical documentation for a caseload of 9 - 12 clients. * Provide individual & group therapy daily. * Take part in a multi-disciplinary team to maintain excellent client care & treatment.
Qualifications Include: * Active Pennsylvania clinical licensure or certification required (LSW, LCSW, LAPC, or LPC). * Master's degree in clinical discipline that includes a clinical practicum (SW, Counseling, Helping Services, Psychology, etc.) * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health or co-occurring inpatient or residential setting strongly preferred. * Excellent clinical documentation, communication, & crisis-intervention skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary: * $62,500/yr. - $72,000/yr. * Negotiable based upon level of licensure.
