What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Tacoma team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently while enjoying full support from our clinical and administrative staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Conducting hearing evaluations for patients ages 18 and up
* Performing tympanometry and earmold impressions
* Educating patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
* Recommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
* Providing follow-up care, adjustments, and long-term patient support
* Counseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device use
* Documenting visits and coordinating care with referring physicians
* Participating in community outreach events, health fairs, and educational seminars
* Upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
* Patient-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicator
* Committed to best practices and high clinical standards
* Skilled in both diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
* Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Qualifications:
* Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
* Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing License
* Sales experience is a plus, but not required
* New grads welcome—we’ll mentor and support your growth!
