Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners * Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing * Analyze financial documents to determine loan eligibility * Stay up to date on industry trends, loan products, and compliance regulations * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely loan processing
Qualifications:
* Active NMLS license and compliance with federal/state mortgage regulations * Proven experience in mortgage lending, banking, or sales * Strong understanding of loan products and guidelines * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
