Management Training Program – Grow into a Management role!
As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll receive hands-on training that covers every aspect of dealership operations, setting you on the path to leadership. Here’s what you’ll master:
* Develop a robust client base through both appointments and walk-in traffic. * Sell from a wide range of trusted automotive brands * Maintain strong relationships with lenders * Foster a positive and compliant work environment * Learn to attract, engage, and retain customers using industry-leading lead generation tools * Manage a portfolio of clients and nurture long-term relationships. * Receive comprehensive automotive and sales process training. * Gain expertise in customer service, sales techniques, and lead management.
