* Strengthen and further develop key specialisations, including uro-oncology with prostatectomy and nephrectomy, complex endourology, robotic surgery, transurethral therapies, continence, and sexology.

* Ensure high standards of treatment quality and provide attractive training and professional development opportunities in collaboration with three senior physicians and affiliated physicians.

* Enthusiasm for training and mentoring younger colleagues.

* Experience initiating, leading, and implementing projects.

* A cantonal service mandate for prostatectomies and nephrectomies.

* Modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art surgical equipment.

* The opportunity to expand existing areas of specialisation and establish new ones together with the team.

* Well-established interdisciplinary collaboration and short decision-making processes.
