What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional and comfortable communicating virtually * Self-motivated with strong time-management skills * Reliable, organized, and able to work independently * Willingness to learn and develop new skills * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is helpful but not required
