About the Role We’re looking for a Remote Account Associate to assist individuals and small businesses in exploring tailored financial solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a reliable point of contact—helping clients understand their options, navigate next steps, and build lasting relationships. Core Responsibilities * Connect with new and prospective clients through outreach and follow-ups * Learn about each client’s financial goals and challenges * Present solutions that align with their needs and objectives * Assist clients through onboarding and product setup * Maintain detailed client information and activity logs in CRM tools * Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and service updates
Qualifications * High school diploma required; college degree preferred * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote setting * A proactive, client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail * Previous experience in customer service, account support, or sales is a plus
