Title: FPGA Design and Verification Contractor
Term: Long-Term Contract/Perm Possible
Location: Remote/USA

Requirements
Responsibilities:
* 5+ years developing complex FPGA-based digital designs using SoCs with embedded processing, high-speed interfaces, and custom IP * Perform FPGA verification and documentation * Ability to read schematics and apply verification methodologies * Translate system-level requirements into FPGA design specifications * Write high-quality SystemVerilog to meet performance, quality, and schedule targets * Develop and execute test and verification strategies for FPGA designs. * Drive best practices for design quality, development processes, and continuous improvement * Create modular, reusable, synthesizable and verification IP for current and future projects * Support debug and defect resolution, including validation, logging, and root-cause analysis
Skills:
* Experience with ARM-based systems, build tools (make, git), and CI/CD
* Experience with Questa, Vivado, and Github Actions * Experience with FPGA, firmware, and embedded system testing * Xilinx design (Block Design, AXI IP) and custom IP integration * SystemVerilog, Python, TCL, Bash * Knowledge of embedded protocols (I2C, QSPI, UART, PCIe, etc.) * Familiar with BMC management and protocols (IPMI, MCTP, PLDM, Redfish) * Experience with ARM-based systems, build tools (make, git), and CI/CD.
